Lifelong athlete. United States Marine. Dedicated coach since 1992. Ferman has spent decades mentoring youth in wrestling, football, baseball, and softball—teaching not just skills, but discipline, character, and faith. Guided by 1 Corinthians 2:3—“And I was with you in weakness, and in fear, and in much trembling”—he leads Rising Empowerment Sports Ministries with a mission to inspire and equip the next generation to rise above challenges and embrace their God-given potential.
